As a quick link - MCC has a lot of information here: secure.manchester.gov.uk/info/500361/coronavirus
If you would like to help:
Please print out the relevant poster for your ward and display it in your building's communal areas, lifts etc. If possible, slip a copy under apartment doors to ensure that those who may be self-isolating are aware of the info available.
Set up a support network for your apartment building or street using WhatsApp or Facebook if there isn’t one already. Try to make sure everyone in your building/street is aware of your group.
Join www.Manchestercommunitycentral.org They've set up a Covid-19 Community Volunteering scheme to cover the whole city of Manchester, helping gather together the efforts of everyone to ensure that the most vulnerable people receive help and that all volunteers and recipients of support are safe.
